How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in your chosen tier. No credit card is required to start. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account will simply pause — no charges, no surprises.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing gives you a significant discount compared to paying monthly. You're billed once per year upfront. If you switch from monthly to yearly, the change takes effect immediately and you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your monthly period.
What happens if I reach my customer limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your capacity. Existing reminders and emails will continue to be sent for your current customers even if you're at the limit.
How is my customer data secured?
We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Your customer data is never shared with third parties and you can export or delete it at any time.
How do you ensure emails get delivered?
We use industry-leading email infrastructure with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. Our systems monitor deliverability rates and automatically handle bounces and complaints to maintain a strong sender reputation.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes! Growth and Business plans include CSV import so you can bulk-upload your existing customer database. Our import wizard maps your columns and validates data before importing. You can also add customers manually one at a time on any plan.
