One-Off Services
Not every service needs to repeat. One-off services send a single reminder and then stop — perfect for post-purchase follow-ups and one-time check-ins.
- Single reminder cycle — After a one-off service is marked as completed, no further reminders are scheduled
- Same flexible timing — Set the reminder interval and offset just like recurring services to control exactly when the reminder goes out
- Clear status indicators — Completed one-off services show a blue "Completed" badge so you know at a glance which customers have been taken care of
- New business templates — Bike Shop (New Bike First Service), Mechanic (Break-In Service), Veterinarian (Spay/Neuter Follow-Up), and Lawn Care (New Lawn Seeding Check) templates now include one-off services
Toggle the "One-off service" checkbox when creating or editing any service. Use one-off services for new bike first services, post-surgery follow-ups, break-in services, or any other one-time reminder.
Kiosk Mode: Let Customers Self-Register In Store
The best time to capture a customer is right after service, when they're standing in your store. Kiosk mode makes that effortless.
- One-tap activation — Click "Enter Kiosk Mode" in Settings, and your tablet becomes a customer registration station
- Simple registration form — Customers enter their name, email, and optionally their phone number, birthday, and service preferences
- Secure by design — The kiosk uses a unique token URL with a 12-hour expiry. No login credentials are exposed on the device
- Works on any device — Optimized for iPad (landscape and portrait) and even fits on an iPhone SE for on-the-go registration
- Remote management — View active kiosk sessions, copy the link to set up additional devices, or deactivate a session remotely from Settings
- Real-time deactivation — When you deactivate a session, the kiosk form disables within seconds

Feature Flags and Operational Safety
We've added Flipper-powered feature flags as kill switches for all email pipelines, giving us the ability to respond instantly to any issues.

Plan limits are enforced automatically. If you outgrow your plan, the system pauses email sending until you upgrade, so you never lose data.
