The core of ReturnNudge is now in place: create services, assign them to customers, and let the system calculate when reminders should go out.

• Service management — Create services like "Annual Bike Tune-Up" or "6-Month Dental Cleaning" with custom reminder intervals
• Customer-service assignments — Assign services to individual customers and track their last service date
• Automatic reminder dates — The system calculates the next reminder date based on the service interval and last completed date
• Mark completed — When a customer comes in, mark the service as completed and the next reminder is automatically scheduled

Each service includes a customizable email template with merge fields like {{customer_name}}, {{service_name}}, {{item_name}}, and {{business_name}} for personal, relevant reminders.
