One-Off Services

New

Not every service needs to repeat. One-off services send a single reminder and then stop — perfect for post-purchase follow-ups and one-time check-ins.

  • Single reminder cycle — After a one-off service is marked as completed, no further reminders are scheduled
  • Same flexible timing — Set the reminder interval and offset just like recurring services to control exactly when the reminder goes out
  • Clear status indicators — Completed one-off services show a blue "Completed" badge so you know at a glance which customers have been taken care of
  • New business templates — Bike Shop (New Bike First Service), Mechanic (Break-In Service), Veterinarian (Spay/Neuter Follow-Up), and Lawn Care (New Lawn Seeding Check) templates now include one-off services

Toggle the "One-off service" checkbox when creating or editing any service. Use one-off services for new bike first services, post-surgery follow-ups, break-in services, or any other one-time reminder.
