Billing & Subscriptions

Manage your subscription plan, payment methods, and billing history.

Overview

ReturnNudge uses a subscription-based pricing model. Your plan determines your customer limits, service limits, daily email sending limits, and the number of team members you can have. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Viewing Your Plan

To see your current subscription details:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right.
  2. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

You'll see:

  • Your current plan name and status
  • Trial end date (if on a free trial)
  • Payment history and invoices

ReturnNudge offers three plans with monthly and yearly billing:

Yearly billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly pricing. Visit the Pricing page for the latest details.

Changing Your Plan

To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select your new plan.
  4. Confirm the change.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you may need to reduce your customers or services before the downgrade takes effect.

Payment Methods

Adding or Updating Payment

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
  3. Enter your new credit card details.
  4. Save.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification.
  • Your account enters a grace period where you can update your payment method.
  • During the grace period, you'll be directed to the billing page to resolve the issue.
  • After the grace period, your account may be paused.

Billing History

To view past invoices and receipts:

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Scroll to the charges section.
  3. Click Invoice or Receipt next to any charge to view or download it.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Plan.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

After cancellation:

  • Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • Automated emails (reminders, birthdays) stop being sent after the period ends.
